Stream of counsciousness
active meditation

Stream of consciousness active meditation is an authenticity exercise that opens up. Through various means of expression, it removes the shell that prevents being caught up in the moment and expressing oneself. At the same time, it poses an essential question: what does authenticity mean in relation to the person?
It provides answers on an individual level as the barriers to expression and presence dissolve. The exercise is intended to be repeated, but also works well as an individual workshop. The workshop leader has developed the exercise by compiling parts from different art fields that have utilized the tradition of psychoanalysis and especially the work of C.G. Jung
